I have a 4x4 tent that has 2 plants growing, and 1/4 of it I wanna create a little box that light cant get out if for clones to grow, and set an LED in there. If I take clones, set my main plants to flower, takes 4-6 weeks, how much light is needed for the clones to survive?

Thanks everyone for your answers. Due to where I live and the space in my house, there is really no separate room for a clone room, even if there was, the conditions are perfect inside the main tent. Have setup a timer with 12h power inside a medium dog crate which I covered with black garbage bags, then a couple beach towels. When i step in there and close the door I cant see any light escaping. But these will have to keep my plants alive until main harvest. We will see how this goes, may need more LEDs in that space, or may not work at all. Hoping since I took 3-4 inch clones it will work out.

I would try to make another space for the clones.. It's gonna be very hard to keep the light separate and clones tend to do better with humidity. So maybe consider using a storage tub or even a cupboard with space a lower powered Led light and a temp/humidity gauge and boom your golden lol... Really you can make/improvise a space that's good for clones to thrive I'd just recommend keeping it separate from your main tent. It'll be a lot easier on yourself in the long run.

Hey @Mosherd7! I got an Ikea LED bar for growing and mantaining small clones. It's called "VÄXER", it will give you around 100 μmol/m²/s (PAR 25% blue, un 35% de white y un 40% de red). It's not the best one for clones but is kind of affordable and does its job without crazy warming.
