Second picture shows water droplets on a fan leaf. This late in flower, water on the plant can cause issues anywhere from burning in the sunlight to mold and fungus issues if night time temps drop enough. If the water is from condensation inside your mini greenhouse, use a battery powered leaf blower to keep her dry. This is important. Otherwise, you are risking bud rot, WPM, or other fungal plant diseases.

Yeah it looks like something has scorched the leaves. Have they been sprayed at all?..

Be careful of excessive dew/condensation at this stage of flower. Even consider shaking it off branches in the AM. Water droplets plus sunlight can burn leaves and flowers both. The moisture also put your flowers at risk for mold. Not saying that's what caused your pistils to brown up, just noticed the droplets in pic #2.

Pistils is just esthetics, they can shrink/go brown because of low temps, hight temps and huge humidity, overdry , even polination. Looks like they either were oferfed or lacks light too. You are close to harvest. Plants generally looks good, outdoors you dont get huge buds anyways in most cases. I see no issues ...
