Yes this is normal. As the remaining leaves dry you might lose that awesome smell and get the smell of dry grass instead. This is normal especially harvesting as early as you did. During curing the smell will go back to skunky.

Hi,
From experience, this is normal. With My first crop, i kept saying it smelt like trash, haha.
You might gain some taste back if you jar It or cure the dry cannabis.

Why do my flowers grown in coconut fiber have no taste? it doesn't taste anything, but really.. the smell is brutal. What are these? Buds? Seeds? both?I am seeing some pistils coming out of small round shaped parts of the plant, there are 2 per node. One on each side.
I wonder if this means it's half male half female and I should cut them to avoid pollination and reduced yield?
