I had that too, for me it was because of the light. They were still too sensitive at the beginning and I dimmed it a bit, after a few days it got better. And after 2 weeks, I turned it back up. Do you have a measuring device to check the light intensity? If not, use the phone app Photone; it can give you a rough idea of what you currently have. It's not 100% accurate, but it does what it's supposed to do.

I don't think there is anything wrong. All I would suggest is to take that cover off the soil. Doesn't look like your doing anything wrong in your diary, plants look healthy enough. Carry on as you are.
