If it's a pistil getting coloration already, better look for a pollen sac on your plants. i can't tell for certain from the picture, but you can obviously clearly see it in real life.
How cold is it getting at night? As long as it's staying over 68F, should avoid purple and red colors caused by environment. Genetics just do it on their own or exacerbated by colder temperatures.
