With 50% coco you can't over water...........it will drain very well. But yes, always water until run off then do not water again until the top inch to inch and a half has dried out again. Poking your finger into the pot will tell you how dry or wet it is...........eventually you will just "know" when to water. Each plant will have its own requirements, so never water all plants with X amount and never water every 24/36/48 hours "just because".........water as needed, never water to a fixed schedule.

A 50% coco coir, 30% Happy Frog, and 20% perlite mix aims to provide a balanced growing medium, combining the water retention of coco coir with the nutrients of Happy Frog and the aeration/drainage of perlite. Happy frog is an organic mixture, id keeps track of your EC, water only until EC drops, only fert when EC becomes low, if you blanket feed every other day for shits and giggles, often what happens is the EC and PH will skew over time as the medium starts to hold more salts than the rate the plant is using them up. Nutrients only uptake where water is present, therefore you must seek to saturate well and often. Water slow for more even saturation

Make sure to let soil get extra dry between watering in veg. When plants go into flower. They will need water more often

Yes water until runoff. Water slowly until runoff will help insure that you don’t leave dry spots and you are always flushing pot substrate.

fully watering a substrate is not "over-watering" if you can't simply water the entire volume without something bad happening it is the fault of how it is constituted and nothing else. soil - minimal runoff to limit leaching of the amendments you paid for soilless- 10% runoff minimum.. more is fine, too. Just don't run water through it with 5 minutes of runoff or anything excessive like that... are you feeding 100% of nutrition? then you need 10% runoff or more. simple as that. Wait for apprpriate dryback and repeat. you use the volume necessary to complete the task and not some pre-ordained volume you choose.

You could get some runoff and it would be some heavily saturated soil. All depends on what you are feeding them. If its amendments as little runoff as possible. If its liquid some runff helps but is not always needed in following a water/water/feed guideline when watering the plants.
