I think you can harvest if you want a strong high. When almost all the trichomes are milky, your plant has the most THC, but if you prefer a more narcotic effect, you should wait a few more days until the trichomes turn amber because then the THC converts to CBN, which has a more narcotic effect. Otherwise, it looks really good.

Anywhere from now till about a week.
From this stage it becomes personal preference.
To me, if I grow things more on the uplifting side, I chop a little early to enhance that side of the effects, but if I grow something more sedative, I wait a bit longer to enhance that side.
Also for extracts and hash a little later is normally better, IMO at least.

Same as the others. Personally, more amber so 1-1.5 weeks.
To add another point of view:
"Purple Berry Muffinz Feminized has an amazingly short flowering time of 45 to 55 days."
Of course we check trichomes, but why not cross check with the theory ;-)
If you are still feedind as described (1.4l/d), she somehow is thirsty, so there's still progress happening?! However, I would slowly reduce watering, so she knows it's coming to an end 😋 and wait for 1-1.5 weeks.

I think you should give it another 5–7 days. It also depends on what kind of effect you're aiming for. Still, I couldn’t see a single amber trichome some are still clear so it's best to wait those extra days and then decide.
If you're looking for more of a narcotic, body-heavy effect, then leave it even longer. But if you prefer a more uplifting, head-high effect, then harvesting in about 5–7 days should be perfect.

I'd give it a few more days if it were me.They should at least be cloudy.The longer you leave it the more sedating the effect.

Does this look healthy for 6.5/10 flowering weeks done?First time with sativas. Not used to having a long flowering period. Any thoughts on how my plants are doing or what I expect to see for healthy plants over the next weeks. If I wasn't told otherwise I'd be harvesting these already.
