Flush what you think of my way?

yes,Spinnn is right,that's what I was gonna say as well.I wouldn't do a 3 times flush.it doesn't hold onto nutes as much as soil,meaning with your first flush,all excess will be removed from the pot and you'll be left with a very little amount of nutes in the pot for the final days.If you still want to do an extended flushing process, no need to shower,just keep the same amount of water you've been giving while feeding,this would take 3 flushing sessions.If still showering,one flush would do the same.
