Hi there!
I can see whole lot of clear trichomes in there so it is not yet ready for harvest.
Give her time and keep checking every two to three days how she develops.
When you see no clear ones the window for harvest is open and it should look something like 90%cloudy 10%amber or so.
the "optimum" time to harvest is 70%cloudy and 30% amber.
Cloudy trichomes has the most THC in them and amber ones has CBN. When more cloudy trichomes you will get more head high and with more amber you will get body high (So called, couch lock).

No where near mate. Your plant is seriously lacking in light, you can tell as the buds are so wispy and loose even your stigmas look like they're stretching. Can you move the light closer maybe?
