A bit of uneven coloration between seedlings is common during the first few days after sprouting. It’s usually just the plant adjusting to light and environment. Some seeds pop with more vigor than others, even from the same pack.
That one seedling looks like it's just a bit behind or had slightly less chlorophyll developed when it broke soil — it should green up soon under proper light. Just make sure:
They’re not getting overwatered
Light isn’t too far away (keep it around 30–40cm if you're using LEDs)
Temps stay warm (22–26°C) and stable
