Yeah bud, as the other folks said, PH that water to 6-6.5. Anything in that range is good for you. I grow in promix with a 6.1 ph. As for your watering schedule, let that soil DRY out before next drink. With seedlings, there's no need to drench the whole pot. Just around the seedling and no need for a lot of water, enough to moisten things up. Remember, it's a small plant, it has a small root system, for now. By the looks of the pics, it looks like she'll bounce back in no time, the new growth already looks great! That first true leaf is nothing i ever worry about, it usually dries up and dies on me as well, and thats with ph'd h2o. Its kind of like a food reserve for the seedling in its first week of life. Sometimes it dries out, sometimes not.

https://www.420magazine.com/community/attachments/hydroponics-ph-chart-marijuana-jpg.2269317/ Ive never grown before but I'm only doing my first grow but there is this chart. I;ve been getting deep into the actual nutrients and basically this chart shows you the intake of nutrients and at what PH and 7 to 8 is lacking so much. mineral type food is wasted by many unless you know how to work it properly I chose to go for a dry food this time so all I have to alter is the PH. You should study this chart but its different depending on whether your growing hydroponics coco or soil I believe. Hope this helps

Hey guys, thanks a lot for your responses, will be giving her only phed water, we'll see how she feels. What should i do with the damaged leaves? Remove them or nah? Is there a chance to still get a decent yield from this plant? I also just noticed, that soil is still wet, after 3 days of not watering at all, could this also be an issue? Thats my first grow and i'm really worried. Thanks for helping me again!
