*triihomes on calyxes only, ignore trichomes on leaves. still looks like a fair amount of plump left.. at least a week is just a guess... the trichomes are your guide.

You are at the point where scoping the trihomes daily is useful. simply observe and react... all sorts of suggestions as to how much amber to see before chopping down. A little trial and error on your part is needed to figure out your exact preferences.

Hey Growmie, Looking frosty! I’d say you’re getting close, but not quite there yet. Trichomes look mostly cloudy, but I don’t see much amber yet, and there are still a lot of white pistils. I’d give it another 7–14 days—let those pistils darken more and wait for some amber trichomes to show up if you’re after that heavier effect. A jeweler’s loupe helps for checking trichomes up close. Almost there, though, looking great!
