Are you a smoker? I'm guessing it's tobacco mosaic virus. What does it look like now?

That seedling definitely looks stunted and a bit twisted — could be a genetic mutation or early environmental stress (heat, overwatering, or light intensity). The crinkled leaves and asymmetry aren't typical, but sometimes you just get a weird one from seed. If your other seedlings are fine, it's probably just a one-off runt. You can let it ride for a bit — some bounce back in veg — but if it stays this slow and deformed, it's usually not worth keeping long-term unless you're curious.

Sounds like that seedling might be struggling from overwatered soil , roots probably aren’t getting enough air. That can easily slow growth and cause weird leaf development. Let the soil dry out a bit and make sure your mix has good drainage and aeration. Some just don’t make it, but it’s worth adjusting the environment and seeing if it bounces back.

Do not waste your time on that seedling............not all seeds are going to make it and this is one of those that will not. Life is too short to grow "maybes"!

Looks like a mutation to me, I think you’ll have problems with her and she won’t grow properly. You still have time to plant a new one. It happens from time to time. But I wouldn’t waste any serious time on her. Good luck with the others.
