Droopy leaves (not overwatered)

Dear grower,
Recently forgot to turn off her light a few times and she had around 20 hours for a few days last week.( 2 Mars hydro reflector 96s)
I think she has some heat and light stress. I will address these issues, wondering if any other issues ? She’s not being overwatered

Problem?Hi guys, last few days I am noticing, that leaves are hung down a little.But not all the time. Light distance is around 100cm - as manufacturer recomends..I am watering plants every 72 hours, 1 liter per plant - since I have 18L pots, it cannot be too much. Any ideas? Thank you!

Why does my pH keep changing in Germany? I set my water at 5.9 then it shifts 3-4 times over few hours, causing lockout if I water my plants with it, In Ireland, I never had this issue. Leaves suddenly droopy and curled at the tips, although look a healthy green. Doing DWC. Help please!They look overwatered, but this is DWC and I'm not top-feeding. Not sure what is going on as the leaves, themselves, look a healthy color. Pics from 3/25 show this, and I have detailed info in my diary. I have tried dropping humidity down (was keeping up for VPD). Thanks

Moist build up at bottom - overwateredI believe this seedling had too much moist. The soil was moisty when I filled the pot.
Somehow the pot feels very heavy now and seems there is a build up at the bottom. I made some airpockets to the bottom.
Should I wait or take it out and put it into a cup and dry the soil?
