Not for potted plants. if you have plant sin the earth outside, that's probably fine. Otherwise, down the drain. Probably better for your local water supply if you pour it in your yard, but the behaviour of 8 billion others makes that futile, lol.

Nah, don’t do it. Runoff from your Autopots is loaded with blown-out salts and skewed pH/EC, plus it’s a pathogen magnet. You’re better off tossing it and refilling with freshly mixed nutrient water at your target pH (5.8–6.2) and EC. If you really wanna recycle, you’d need a full recirc setup with filters and sterilizer, otherwise you’re asking for root issues.

The answer is no – it’s not recommended to reuse leftover Autopot water or flushed water (H2O). You should always mix a fresh nutrient solution and avoid reusing leftover Autopot or flushed water.

Chloroform can be formed as a by-product when chlorine is added to tap water that contains organic matter. This process, called disinfection by-product (DBP) formation, occurs because chlorine reacts with naturally occurring organic substances in the water. Chloroform, along with other trihalomethanes (THMs), is a common DBP found in drinking water. Depending on amendments it's possible you will add organic matter when you flush, if you use tap water, you will have chlorine and chloramine in your water. Chlorine is used in plant by the plant in very small amounts. Vitamin C effectively neutralizes chlorine and chloramine, the byproduct of chlorine in swimming pools. Ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate (forms of Vitamin C) react with chlorine to quickly break down the compound. Less than 1g will instantly cleanse 5 gallon+

I guess the real follow on question is use it on what? I grow DWC and during the summer months I use mine on my flower beds outside. Absolutely big and beautiful flowers all summer long! It’s amazing!

No offense... h20 = water. Made my day. 😂😂😂😂 Seriously.😂 Trying to be constructive. If you are concerned about the valuable waste and you have no coco.. probably don't do runoff stuff stuff. For the leftover.. if it does not smell and get gooey or talks to you.. stir it now and then, dont let it stand around in sun and heat... should be fine. Really ... thank you very much 👊👊👊👊👊👊👊😂😂

You should know what's in the autopot res so use that were it fits in with your plants.. The run off or flushed water is what it is, you don't know exactly what's in there so if you don't want to risk it, bin it.
