Plant seems to be growing slower than normal

I’ve got a feminised lemon haze and it’s been growing for what seems like forever was sprouted at the start of July and it’s only just gone into it’s second week of flowering is this normal or would you say it’s growing slower than it should be need advice

Looks hungry for nitrogen (small leaves) and phosphorus (purple stems). Suggest feeding it with a complete feed of some kind.
Pretty healthy colour though :)

You don't have a diary for this grow so it's absolutely impossible to tell you anything. Seriously, dude, we can't tell anything about that from a couple of photos! Temps, nutes, water, pH, light, what its growing in, what techniques you might have used and when... start a diary!

Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed. I applied two or three layers of duct tape, not sure if the constant pull of ties will allow it to heal and repair. When should I take the tape off?

Does too concentrated STS cause inviable pollen? Despite dabking seeing "seeds all over", There were none. someone didn't get the joke. This fem seed run failed. Lower concentrationn gave 1000s, instructed concentration gave 100s, this OD gave zero despite 100% conversion.

How tall will they grow to be?How tall will these outdoor untrained, soil based photoperiod plants grow to be (best rough guess)?
I believe they're a sativa-dominant Sour strain (either Ultra Sour or S.A.G.E and Sour bag-seed).
Currently over 1 meter tall from soil at 60 days old in 7 Gallon pot.

18 weeks, but I'm not sure she's ready.The plant is 18wks old. Leaves are getting yellow, some buds are so fat the branches bend under the weight.
I'm worried some pistons are still white and I can still see some clear trichoms, but she's 3 weeks after the recommended date of harvesting.
