My Sannie's Jack are now about 6 weeks old and started to develop some problems recently while I was abroad. What could be the issue? I use Canna Terra Flores and lightly pre-fertilized soil.

measure run off Ph of medium and corrrect it to desired range and then go from there? are you in coco? you need to be 5.8-6.2 ph, when you go near 6.5 you need to flush it down back to 5.8-6, you can use lower or higher ph concetrate to adjust it so lets say when i want to lower my ph im watterring with 5.6 and when i want to increase my ph im watering with 6.5, never make too big differences max 0.5 ph so minerals can bind, correct ph and refeed it, let it dry off 50% and feed it always it dries at least 50-40% , feed it as it asks and dries off, not force it

pretty big plant for size of pot.. is it bone-dry? That's gotta require 1/day irrigation minimum i'd guess. Did you do anything with the light recently? amped up? Trying to apply 'more' DLI? looks tired or wilted. The interveinal damage on those large leaves also makes me think this could be light-related. read up on Daily light integral (dli). do the math, use a free app - whatever. A DLI estimate can rules this out. Though even being slightly too high will result in damage that takes weeks to become visible. More is not better. The right amount is the goal. this must jive with local variables, so it is not the same in each garden - atmospheric co2, temperature and RH are all influential as far as how much you can give each day without damaging the plant. wilting or tired from too much photosynthesis..

Wondering why it was presenting as mobile at first. Plants can sense and respond to excessive nutrient concentrations in the water or soil. They can even direct the placement of toxic substances within their tissues as its uptaken., plants can compartmentalize or sequester toxic elements to minimize their harm. When toxic elements like extreme salts are present in the root zone, plants may try to sequester or compartmentalize these elements within specific tissues or cells. For example, some plants can accumulate metals in the roots or older leaves, preventing them from reaching more sensitive tissues like the shoots. This compartmentalization, while not a directed "placement" in the user's sense, can be viewed as a form of protection. By limiting the movement of the toxic substance to certain parts of the plant, they minimize the damage it can cause to the entire plant. Leaving it up to the plant to sacrifice what it decides is least important part of plant for survival.

Burning from over feeding, it is not a sulfur deficiency.

It’s a pity you didn’t keep a grow journal — that would have made it easier to help you in more detail. But I’ll do my best with the information you’ve provided. The first thing that stands out to me is the plant-to-pot ratio. I get the feeling the pot might be too small. How big is the pot exactly, or how many liters of soil are you using? Write dm if you want! You mentioned you’re using pre-fertilized soil and also adding Canna Flores as a nutrient. My question is: why are you already using Canna Flores? That fertilizer is mainly meant for the flowering phase to support bud development. If your plant hasn’t started flowering yet, it’s too early to use it. If you’ve recently switched to a 12/12 light cycle, I’d recommend continuing with Canna Vega — at least until the stretch (the initial growth spurt after switching the lights) is over. Only then should you start using Canna Flores. From what I can tell, it doesn’t seem to be a deficiency, but rather an overfeeding issue with phosphorus (P) and/or potassium (K), likely caused by using Flores too early. This can interfere with the uptake of other nutrients. Another important point: Make sure the pH of your water is between 6.0 and 6.5. This is crucial, as nutrients can only be absorbed properly within this pH range. My advice: Hold off on using Canna Flored until your plants clearly start forming buds, regularly check your water’s pH, and consider transplanting into a larger pot so the roots have more space to develop. Happy growing buddy

Hey 👋 Your plant looks pretty thirsty ! The brownish spots let me indicate that you have some sulfur deficiency. Most of the fertilizers have enough sulfur, so it’s not a common problem. Nevertheless you have to options. - add some bittersalt when you water next time, but be careful. Too much salt can lead to nutrients blockage, which will lead to more severe problems. - you can add Some dung to your soil, or add it to the water and let it soak for one day… it will smell, but it will help your lady to recover 🤷🏼 Hope this helped 👊🍀🖖
