Hello green friend, I would advise you to wait a little longer until the 2-3 node stage. If that is still the case, you might consider starting over. Unfortunately, there are also issues among plants that cannot be overcome with manual care. Good luck moving forward!

no growth tip? maybe a trieleaf mutation at the top?... you have 2 axillary branches, so it'll keep growing out. i too am more of a cull the weak, weird and slow, but each to their own. I think this one could be grown out with minimal drawbacks, if any. If either of the remaining branches lose their growth tip like the apical meristem did, then i'd probably throw it out if i thought that shit would continue. i have a specific space and a specific plan... no room for that stuff. not all contexts are as unforgiving. if the space will be empty anyway, might as well grow it, for example. in order to cull the weak, you need to plant 150-200% of what you need to safely avoid mutants and slow-growing plants. It also comes with certain waste, too. Some good plants will be tossed. unless you use clones, it's the best way to get consistency from seeds. Even then you'll choose wrong occasionally.

As opposed to "why plant maybes" the other alternative is to wait and let it grow out. Plant is stressed. Looks like leaves that are in the regeneration (reveg) process.

It has effed genetics.........don't waste your time.........life is too short to grow "maybes"!!

Has it been fertilized already? It looks very dark to me. That could be the reason. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about the shape. Could it also be that it only got a lot of light from one side?
