What's wrong with the little sweet one? Unfortunately, I was unable to check for the last 2 days and I'm seeing this today. Magnesium deficiency? Windburn?

Looks more like a beginning magnesium deficiency to me than windburn. The light spaces between still green leaf veins are pretty typical for that. It could be that the pH in the substrate has gone a bit out of the optimal range over the last few days, making it harder for the plant to absorb Mg – even if there's actually enough in there. I would first check the drain pH (aim for around 6.2–6.5 for soil, 5.8–6.0 for coco). If that’s good, you can easily supplement with Cal-Mag or some Epsom salt. Just be careful not to overdo it, or you'll mess up the ratio with other nutrients. The old leaves won't recover, but the new ones should look normal again. Happy growing 😊

Yes, magnesium deficiency. When growing in coco coir, you need to add supplemental magnesium from virtuually day one. It is not "wind burn". Remember too, what is showing in the leaves now, is a direct reflection of what was happening in the root zone 2 weeks ago..............in other words, this problem has been manifesting itself for some time already.
