Making waterlogged soil useable

I have waterlogged ground in a mini half 'island' between two creeks. Can I make the fertile ground there useable with coco-coir, sand and woodchips?

dont see why not if you have the stuff to build the ground up should be a ok
could be a good growing site with flowing water beneath, plants would like that

3/5 plants turning yellowish lime greenLeaves turning yellow on just the larger 1s, same feeding schedule of gh products. First flowering? - is it the right time? Also, 'claws' on the tip freshest leavesIs this a first flower on BPP? I have no idea when to start with Bloom/Topmax, is this the right moment for this plant?
Also, you can see the little 'claws' at the tip of freshest leaves, just on top. Is this caused by putting the light source too close? It was 40cm,now 47/18,5

Week 2 (left) week 1 (right) of flowering. Temperature problem. I have a mini portable cooler, and I can stay around 27/28°C during light on (from 6pm to 12 am) and 24/25 during light of. But during light off the mini cooler increases humidity to 60/70%. I’m using liquid silicon.
