Unless you see a seed popping out of a calyx, it's hard to say.
I once jokingly posted a question involving a fem-breeding project of mine.. had anthers all over it... Thought it was seeded and made a joke about it in the questions. Everyone thought it had seeds... turned out to not have 1 seed. So, the ability to guess without seeing a physical seed is very, very inaccurate. Small seeds won't even portrude to be visible.
If you are referencing the plump 'pod-like' structure (calyxes), then no it is not a hermie. And you should not have seeds unless you find a pollen sac or nanner among your plants.
Polllen sacs look quite a bit different, won't have nearly as many trichomes on it, and don't have 2 hair portruding from the pod.
google image search for reference... a pollen sac is a segmented envelop - where it splits apart to expose the anthers (nanners). plus, no white hairs. They are not a risk when sealed up, but becareful when removing them. any that have opened up and exposed the nanners are already spreading pollen.
