Just don't listen to guy below. Plant is healthy, most probably slight overwatering or hight temps and low humidity could play with leaf development. I had few funky like this, always finished well.

inconsistent pH can cause that sort of twisting -- due to varying growth rates with varying pH you end up with wavy, twisted growth like this. Did you try to train it? This type of stress can cause some funkiness in leaves, too. potting up doesn't stunt a plant unless you molested the rootball. If it didn't fall apart and man-handled, look for another reason. if nodes are too tight, could be too much light. Can't see clearly with this picture, but looks like several nodes stacked tightly together.. leaves with little gap between (vertically).

You can always get right with random number generator. Guy has same system with nutes, 50% of time its calcium or magnesium, 30% potassium, rest just random mix. No diaries to back up understanding of growing, but always first to try to defend his bullshit. I had such grows not once. In all cases its only 3 options, bad humidity and temps/ too hot soil /overwatering ( most cases its it, root system gets bigger, all shit goes away anyways) My examples, if you want more, i can show more diaries were plants looked deformed but after care, went normal. I should mark, that direct wind can cause damage ( google "wind damage canna") or most rare - bad genetics. growdiaries.com/diaries/278952-grow-journal-by-asnoriu/week/1545030 growdiaries.com/diaries/164016-grow-journal-by-asnoriu/week/913012 growdiaries.com/diaries/168958-grow-journal-by-asnoriu/week/948249

Hello 👏 It is too early to judge that the plant still has every chance of growing large, with the necessary care for this, light power and the lack of training - slide and just touch. I had plants in an even worse state than yours, which then grew large and beautiful. In any case, you have a chance to try to grow a monster, repatment, experiment, draw conclusions and conclusions. Try)) and plants will thank you 🙏
