Will there always be fresh bud growth on an auto-flower (max thc/no couch-lock goal)?

ready for harvest bc most of the pistils are mature? Clearly not yet because of new growth? The trichromes are looking like a mix of clear and cloudy, little to no amber yet. I would like to know if there will always be fresh pastil/bud growth even when she’s ready for harvest?

Yeah bro, that’s totally normal Autos usually keep throwing out a bit of fresh pistil and bud growth even near harvest. Just focus on the trichomes once you’ve got mostly cloudy with a few amber, that’s your sweet spot for max THC and no couch-lock.

Yes and no. Some Sativa ISH stains look like they're never going to mature. Even at the end of flower with amber trichomes, you still might see some white hairs but at long as 80% of then are brown, the leaves are fading, and the trichomes are showing you cloudy with some amber, then you're at the finish line

Yes there will always be new growth mate if you don't want the couch lock cut her down when only a few amber showing or when mostly milky whichever comes first the long you leave it the more amber turns up the harder it is to get off the settee lol.. Happy harvesting...

Help there. New growth is all dependent on light intensity and how long the plant has been in flower think like this if the plant was in the wild it has an internal clock for when to finish up. But in the wild if the plant still have good conditions to grow past the time it was meant to finish up the plant will start to throw some new hairs. This is why a lot of ppl will lower light intensity the last few days to help the plant know it’s time to finish up and get chopped. If your growing indoors and blasting plants with high intensity light all the way till harvest it’s possible a good portion your hairs don’t change colors and the plant keep throwing new white hairs…. Check tricombs when hairs turn back towards buds and buds swell up that’s a good sign it’s done and ready to check tricombs. Don’t check tricombs on sugar leaves only tricombs directly from buds
