Ya that’s definitely a hermy. I would not try and just remove the bananas at this point in your tent with your other girls. You risk releasing the pollen in those sacks to the others. I would remove it from the others ASAP. If you want you can put it somewhere else far away from your other grow room area and try to remove the sacs as they pop up and continue to flower her, but definitely quarantine it away from your other girls until it’s dead.
