While overwatering is a very common culprit for droopy leaves that feel heavy and firm, that specific downward curl often points toward Nitrogen toxicity or Wind Burn. Since you mentioned keeping a fan blowing directly on them, I’d bet on wind burn being a major factor; constant direct airflow causes the plant to lose moisture faster than it can pull it up, leading the leaves to curl inward to protect themselves. You want a gentle breeze that makes the leaves dance slightly, not a direct blast. Try oscillating the fan or pointing it at a wall to bounce the air instead. Also, check your runoff pH and nutrient levels to make sure you aren't hitting them too hard with Nitrogen this late in flower.
