She grew into a pretty decent plant in my opinion, I got about an ounce and a half. It turned out to be a pretty sedative high with super hairy nugs. The stems were semi-hollow and the nugs were very frosty. The most prominent smell is earthy but not green, not offputting in any way but different for me. There is a piney undertone to it that I wish were more prominent so I hope that comes out with time. Will report back after longer cure time.

Will definitely use again, I will continue to improve my methods to avoid further mishaps

I love these lights, you really can't beat the price for my needs. I paid about $80 total for both lights and its enough for my little 2x2 to flower at least a plant or two.

Grow Questions

One of my plants has some light green spotting on the leaves but other than that seems perfectly healthy. I don't think I need to be worried about it but I'm curious if anyone knows what it might be? (just a mutation?) My camera isn't the greatest but it is visible in my picture.

Could be oddball variegation that sometimes happens, but I'd keep an eye on it...could very well be TMV (Tobacco Mosaic Virus). That would be a bad thing. If it spreads to your other plant you'll know. Either way I'd keep an eye on it. If it ends up being TMV, you'll want to thoroughly sanitize ALL your grow tools and environment.

Would there be any sort of reason I shouldn't add a second less powerful light to the side of my tent? My thought is if my goal is getting more light to the lower growth wouldn't that be a good course of action?

No, he just doesn't what shit advice. I've seen grow done with 15watt lights. Yeah, an extra light will only help. Any extra ppfd will help make better buds

multiple things could be the problem do you keep a fan blowing directly on your canopy? if so dont cannabis does not enjoy that. you most likely have some problems with the rootzone. first off your tops look like they’re nitrogen toxic and overwatered but its most likely lockout and overfeeding happening in the soil. you dont need to blindly add calmag and you’re using too much to start with. too rich soil is not something plants like and mostly autos are even more sensitive in most cases so too much salinity can burn their roots and rot them i dont want to turn this into a long winded unreadable academic paper or something so i’ll just share my 2 cents. -drop the cal-mag -remove any fans directly blowing on the plants -cut your feeding in half -saturate the soil everytime you water and only water when they get significantly lighter -dont let them sit in runoff if you’re -dont take any advice of growingladyfromeastmidlands seriously these measures should improve their health and help them bounce back in the coming weeks and hopefully bulk up nicely

How many nodes have you cut off of a photo before? I plan to grow my Gorilla Glue and Gelato together till harvest, yoink the Gorilla Glue, flip the Gelato to flower. I'd like an idea just how extreme I can go with my next "topping" to keep this plant as small as possible.

i've taken plants down to just a few gowth nodes before --- mothers i wanted to make low-maintenance and had forever to get them healthy again etc... even so, "they" say not to take off more than 1/3rd of the plant (a rule that comes from general horticulture, not just marijuana. ime, if it's healthy, it can handle it. The problem with your context is if you expect it to be immediately ready by harvest or that all the plants will react the same way to the stress.. possible but not guaranteed. maybe, one gets stunted for a second? So, i'm not sure exactly what you want to do... if you want gg and gelato together, it says you are yanking gg and flipping gelato in next sentence.... some recovery time is best.

Hai usato troppi fertilizzanti amico! La pianta è andata in over di potassio e ha bloccato l'assorbimento di altri nutrienti in seguito. Dai solo acqua e dovresti recuperare un po , continua a postare che torno a vedere ! Buona fortuna !🍀💪

@Yuriboyka99, I stopped feeding it actually a few days ago (probably too soon but oh well)

Hey brother. Good to see you added an extra light. Don't mind that fool. She gives nothing but bad advice. Any extra ppfd will help in pre flowering and I've seen grow done with less than the light you have. 15 watts and some proper bud. Not loads but you still get in a decent grow. Good luck. Will check in soon. Happy growing

@gottagrowsometime, I wasn't really asking if I needed more light, I knew that for a fact, I was more so asking if a secondary light source on the side of a tent would cause any sort of issues on the plants side. Would it confuse the plant, or would it just appreciate the extra light? Ye dig? lol didn't let them get under my skin

Hey brother. Lil tip. If you have any Epsom salt make up a 250ppm mix + ambient water ppm so if your water is 100 a mix of 350ppm will be fine. It's a mix of mag + sulphur def. I had the exact same on my super lemon haze and fixed her fine. Very nice and healthy pics so maybe you are out if it, anyways good luck pal.

I think you need to get a better main light its very small growth for 5 weeks it will take a year to grow on the lights your using sorry to say but lights and leds have to be decent pull at least 100w per plant is usually required for each plant

@Eroben, where there at now lol they started flowering and they are to small. But good luck hopefully ypu might get a 3.5 a plant you get out whats put in so better light means better and bigger yealds but if 3.5 is what you want then carry on
