Try a x60 magnifier. With x30, you'll miss a lot of amber. Also try to look at older buds where no new growth is apparent. You're bound to find a few. They are tough to see under leds, a dark room, magnifier, and the flashlight on your phone will probably show you more amber.

I dont think nothing is wrong. Sometimes they just take more time to ripen.
