light bleaching

Why are my leaf tips getting bleached still? I have the light 18 inches from the canopy which is what is recommended for veg, and that's only around 400umol/m2s but the leaf tips keep burning. Temps are low if anything, consistently between 65 and 75 farenheight.

I had a plant with a calcium problem that bleached under the lights but that was more complete yellowing. Calcium can cause that though it seemed weird. So that is out there. It does kind of look like nuet burn but is found on the top leaves closest to the light while the bottom seem unaffected, the opposite of what would be expected. So maybe add some cal-mag good luck

there is a fair amount of inertia involved meaning once there's momentum it take like up to a week to fully cease spreading. Plants just have these long reaction times. Hope this helps! 🚀
