Hi, first time grower here. Im afraid that my cannabis plant is stunted and growing slowly but i dont see why. I leave it outside for 10 hours a day with the sun going in and out 8h in 2h shade roughly. After that, i put it inside under a 3000 lumen 30w white light and lights off

Good morning,
The most important thing to understand if it's stunted or not is the pace of life; if we have between 1 and 2 weeks, it's doing just fine.
From the color of the leaves outdoors, it looks healthy to me.
I advise choosing either indoor or outdoor, as the variation it's experiencing between indoor and outdoor doesn't help with vigorous growth.

if you put plant in the shade she should relax and you should move to a less humid spot .. it getting way to much light for a seedling they really can thrive in the shade or indirect sun and if you growning coconut coir you ain’t got any nutes in the soil so you gotta feed it . Looking a little to light green for indoor or out doors.. compost tea or some kind of food cause it looking like bare soil

Can a 1000w LED grow light be closer than 60cm (24") to a seedling?Different sources are saying: 1000w LED light should not be closer to a seedling than 60-75cm (24"-30"). The seedling should be getting 5000-7000 lux, 100-300 PAR (PPFD 18h) and 12-20 DLI.
Question: Can I put the light closer at ~40cm, dimmed to match the needed lux, par and dli

4/5 Seedlings have not sprouted after 1 weekGerminated 5 WW fem photoperiod from crop king and planted into Mo'koko coco coir substrate last week. So far only one has sprouted 2 days ago. The other 4 have no signed of sprouting. Are the seeds dead or did i do something wrong? Should i ask for refund on the 80% guarantee?

StretchingBecause my seedling stretched a little during her first few days of life, is it safe to bury a small amount of her stem in the substrate when I transplant in a week or two? I'm using coco and perlite 70/30. Actually writing this down made me realize it's probably a stupid idea 🤣

I watered the 1L pot with 100ml, then about 4 days later I watered again with approximately 50ml, and today I watered with a little splash, 10ml.
In the first week: is it better to water in smaller doses more often?
Or let it dry completely? The substrate is: humus/vermi/coco.
