I've just put my ladies in the soil. do I let the lights on until they pop up from the soil then pass to 18/6 light cycle?

Yes, especially because you have the bags over the seeds. You want the lights on so humidity will be created!

How do I know when or if i should feed her ?

Can this stretched seedling be saved?So, my first seedling spent a few days w/weak light and got stretched. I then started “Shorty”; both outdoors the last three days. I buried “Stretch” 3/4” deeper.
Is “Stretch” (the first plant) totally fucked? Anything else to do?

the current PH level of the coco coir is 6.86 and I want to lower the Ph level to 6.1.

qu'elle est le plus important à prendre en compte le nombre de lux ou le PPFD/DLIlux, ppfd et dli. en faisant j'ai réalisé qu'il était dur d'avoir un ppfd entre 500 et 1000 pour la phase plantule sans dépasser les fameux 7000lux on approchent plutôt les 25000lux si on veux atteindre le ppfd souhaitable pour cette phase. comment faite vous?Setup.
