Somethings not right with this plant......... Males usually show earlier than females, however, in pics 2 and 3, I see some things that have me a bit worried that it migt be a hermie. A few more days and a bit of patience and all your questions will be answered. A 65w light and 5 litre pots ain't going to set the world on fire, so I wouldn't be expecting things to happen too quickly, but the issues you had in the past may have messed with this plant and might be the reason why it doesn't look quite right. Whatever you do, do not defoliate any more leaves, she is already struggling and removing any more leaves would really handicap her.

You mention in your diary a N-toxity for that plant. Too much N causes a delay in flowering. You did not write how you fixed the N-toxity, maybe there ist still too much N left. And as long as your plants are suffering, you should stop the training. She was already stressed by too much N and you gave her with the topping a second high stress source (week 8). I do not think that it is a mail, if the other plants have already pistils, this one should have bananas (male flowers) already.
