12/12 from seed method?

She is on a 12/12 from seed, and will be the first time I have tried it, I'm wondering if any of you have any idea on yield. I know it depends on various factors but I imagine the main cola is chunky af.

100%. They can be short or up to 18 inches tall and it’s basically one chunky cola! There is a guy on IG that does this all the time and it’s interesting to see the results! ✌️🏻💚🌿💨

I see that some of the bud sites that are lower down, aren't flowering as quickly as the ones near the top of the plant. Should I be defoliating some of these bud sites as they won't be as big, or should I leave them? I've seen some people say this and I'm a bit confused.Week 10

Harvest opinions and feedback please on Heavyweight Fruit Punch Auto.She popped out of the soil 75 days ago. I'm just looking for some general opinions and feedback to harvest time on this one. Is this bud rot?I found strange purple/dark brow discoloration on one of buds and surrounding leaves. It could be caused by bad supercropp of the cola, or I am thinking bud rot. What do you think, should I harvest immediately, or am I stressing too much? RH is 50-60%, but the box is cramped.

Auto still not flowering after 3 monthsHi! My Northern Lights XXL auto is not flowering yet. I germinated it the 9th of april and it should be in full bloom by now but she's still growing in height with zero colas. Slow flower development?Can you tell me if I'm overthinking the rate at which the buds are developing? Day 28 of flower but it looks like week 2. Strain may be a longer flowering strain and it's my first time growing this cultivar. This has been the healthiest plant I've grown so far, no signs of stress

Can this Auto Flower after all? RQS Sweet Skunk Auto grown in Coco/Soil mix/FF TrioShe very likely had defoliation/nutrient issues and completely stopped growing after 4 weeks of veg. I put her outside (Florida sunshine) for a week of flushing and drying out. I was rewarded with some new growth! Can an Autoflower continue growing again and still flower?

Is she ready and what next? thanks in advanceSweet seeds freebie from June of last year. Unknown variety Trichomes mostly cloudy and bulging with a few amber colored mostly on top no clear.
