I see no signs off flowering. Like stigmas coming from the top ur showing. I see new growth developing(fresh leaves). is ur plant showing preflowers? Female flowers at the crotch of ur nodes. Has ur plant begun to stretch? If shes not showing preflowers she hasn't started to flower.

If those bits in the middle are lights whispy whitish hairs then yes it's beginning, i cant quite see if its leaf tips or pistils.

The preflowers will gather at the areas that look like this. They will either be white hairs (stigma) if its female or little banana and Ball if its male. What you're looking at is just fresh growth tip.

if those are white in real life, yes... if you have tufts of white hairs -- not counting preflowers at nodes- it's definitely in bloom.
