Genetics are not dictated; (G×E) it's a 50/50% mix of environment and genetics. Either you have stressed her expression and she has responded, or the genetic latency was blown wide open, making the seed far more susceptible to environmental conditions/stressors. Genetics are not an unalterable blueprint; rather, they function more like a dynamic script that responds heavily to external factors. Can already see guttation on one of your leaves by the look of it, guttation tells me you are having very low VPD at night, which could be responsible for problems with expression. (crowded nodes, deformed/crinkled leaves, slow growth, barely drinks) Sounds like your nights are too wet/ medium lackas oxygen. BioTabs are 100% organic, slow-release fertilizer; being organic, they will require a lot of localized oxygen(comparable to synthetic nutrients) which, once depleted, is locked out/antagonised from the oversaturated medium above 55 wmc%.
Soil moisture content is most likely too high; I'd guess that is your problem. Most likely, plants furthest from transpirational airflow 0.1ms/cm will drink gallons less in their lifetime than a plant hit with 0.4ms/cm, (barely drinks) (same everything else) barely any transpirational airflow load to assist, turgor doesn't create itself. 50/50% (G×E); anything else is lazy.
