Dont go by estimated harvest time. Check your thricomes. She might finish at week 9 or even week 12. But to answer your question. I go by sprout. So day one is the day you see her come out of the dirt :)

When they sat its 10weeks to harvest, that means in general that when u germinate the seed and plant it, it will roughly take 10 weeks before u can harvest them. However this is not allways true as I've seen seed breeders claim 10 weeks while in fact is almost allways 12 weeks.
