Small leaves

My leaves dont seem to be getting very big. Its week 4, but we had a setback on week 2. Any suggestions or does it look fine?

Seedling like alot of air in the soil since their root is not fully develop, so my advice is to give water less frequent wait until the pot is light enough you can feel it then you should water at that moment, for this pot i would said you can water every 3-4 day with 200ml at this condition. Key to success: be patient 😁

Looks like wet feet. I wouldn't water again until the soil is dry.

The one plant seems to be struggling and I’m not sure what the issue is, seems to be nitrogen toxicity, heat stress or overwatering? Maybe a combination of the three. It’s growing slowly and has claw like leaves and twisting yet my other plants seem fine. Anyone have any input?
