Just take what is touching other stuff, and or what is pointing towards the center of the plant first and see how she looks. Any leaf that's not too healthy looking, in particular, are the ones to take first, and not baby sugar leaves. You really could get away with not taking any off but may open a few potential bud sites underneath if you even took like 4 of those fan leafs in the center. Or try tucking them if you do not want to cut. Leaves are good for the plant until they are not .lol just have to weigh the positives and benefits depending on the situation. If you have a lot of humidity that is going to be more of a factor than if you just have a few close to each other and the humidity is good.
