slow growth, brown and yellow spots on leaves Guys she's 28 days old, and i think it's very small and she have yellow, brown spots on leaves ? what the heck is happening... i don't have an idea, can u help me ? gorilla was way better than this... and im so confused 😔

is this light stress? she drooping her leaves and yellowing, some spots are browning... don't know what to do. whole day leaves are drooped, i replaced the fan closer to the light and waiting... light is mars hydro ts600 it doesn't have cooling system.
