Anyway.
There's this grower on YouTube called Grand Master Level. He has a really cool way of pruning that works quite well. I've been using it here and there as controlled experiments on cultivars i have multiples of and I'm starting to swear by it.
So, here's how it goes:
Pick off the top two leaves. That's it. By taking off just those top two leaves, it gives light to the potential branches that were covered by those leaves. They will grow up to the height of the main stalk rather quickly and be a part of the top canopy.
