Transition lights from the day schedule to night scheduleHello everyone, I have a question about changing the grow lights' schedule. I'm dealing with heat issues, currently set to 18/6 from 6 AM to midnight, reaching 31-32ºC. Should I switch to nighttime by having one longer dark period or one longer light period for the transition?

Some leaves are showing small burnt spots and slight curling. what could be? I'm currently dealing with Fungus Gnats in the grow. I applied Beauveria and covered the soil with burnt rice husk. I’ll wait for the soil to dry and then use hydrogen peroxide to try eliminate the eggs.

What are the best tips and tricks to lower the temperature in my grow?I'm having some issues with high temperatures. I'm waiting for my humidifier to arrive since the humidity is low, around 55%, and the temperature is at 30°C. I'm improvising by spraying water on the walls of the grow, Does anyone have simple tips that can help?

regarding the light spectrum ratio. what is the ideal light spectrum for both the vegetative and flowering phases? Do you use 3500K lights during the vegetative stage, or only use cold white lights at 6000K? do you then switch in flower to 3500K lights along with 370-780nm?
