Is this a pistil and does it mean i need to switch to flowering?I think i found a pistil.. if it is, then does it mean it's entering the flowering stage and i should switch from veg to flower?

Is it bad to top an autoflower at this stage?I accidentally broke off the top of the plant while attempting to low stress train and now it came like this, kinda like topping.. is it bad to stress the plant this much since it's an auto on week 5? Honestly I think it's a mutant as it has lots of growth but stayed quite small.
