Does it look too small for it's age?

It has been a bit over a month now, some are telling me it's going to enter the pre-flower stage soon. Should I worry about how it's growing?

If it is an autoflower ;then surely once it preblooms now ; there is not going to be much difference in its size and thus lower yield. It may be a mutant or the light is not sufficient and so it remained small.

I'm worried they will stay small , is there eny simple whey to slow down this process , they are outside.I need a bit of help. The leaves stopped showing yellow edges, the only thing that's strange they are Pheno's, and some 30-35cm tall, but the hulkberry is already showing signs of preflowering, do someone know a way to slow down a process, and help them gain some height and mass.

Plants are never taller than 13-15"? Even after adding a 2nd light (in 3g pots in a 3x4)! Tried both topDressingAfter growing 5-6 diff strains (all FB and Meph) all my grows top out at maybe 13-15" tall. Are my lights (2x Maxsisun PB2000 pro) holding me back? Or is 3-4 too many? I'm in a 3x4 in 3g- total 430w or so.
Added a 2nd light but still growing bushes. 😖 Add another 100w+? THANKS!

Stunted plant or genetically impaired?Hello, first indoor grow. I’ve got 6 seedlings, germinated the 18th. One plant smaller?One of my 4 plants is much smaller, the stem is much thinner and the leaves bend downward a quite an angle but otherwise it seems perfectly healthy and is still growing. Not a serious question just wandering if anyone had any thoughts on this. (Far left in the picture)

Any ideas why 2/4 have grown much taller and the other 2/4 are shorter and bushier?Does anybody know why 2/4 plants seem to be way taller than the other two? All four are meant to be the same strain, have all had the same conditions since day 1. Today i moved the taller plants to the left side of the tent and raised the shorter plants.6y ago
