Is it bad to top an autoflower at this stage?

I accidentally broke off the top of the plant while attempting to low stress train and now it came like this, kinda like topping.. is it bad to stress the plant this much since it's an auto on week 5? Honestly I think it's a mutant as it has lots of growth but stayed quite small.

It's never suggested to top an auto.. But there are Plenty of growers here and all over that have had great success with topping them. It really all comes down to the plants genetics when you do it.. She's looking healthy and i'm sure it won't even slow her down a bit! Keep growing!

Yea it will affect and stunt since it’s still not in full flower mode ... at this point you should bend the whole stock down and let those smaller branches catch up and stretch so you can Atleast save most of your yield.
