I think i found a pistil.. if it is, then does it mean it's entering the flowering stage and i should switch from veg to flower?

Its a sign of maturity and that they are now well able to start flowering. You can veg a photo-dependant plant for ever if you want, but most are ready to flower from seed after a couple months. Auto flowering plants will flower on their own even with 24 hour light schedule at a pre-determined time due to genetics. your harvest is set I stone during veg so let it grow as big as you can house it before flipping. Is hermaphrodite?On my 36th day Auto Lemon Haze, I noticed something that didn't have a pistil on it today. This calyxes that haven't exploded yet? Or is hermaphrodite? The other two do not have it, only one plant has it. First week of flowering. Please can you help with this?

I posted this pic yesterday and was told it was a Hermi, I think people thought it was feminized. I have not seen a sign of gender till now, these were "regular" non-fem'd seeds. Do I have to worry about other plants? They are all in Veg (except for 1 auto I am playing with)

These autos are in their 9th week now!
Supposed to be fast ones, but they could easily need 4 more weeks or so?!
There are 8 plants in this custom made grow room of 1.20x1.20m with a Niello M-900 led.
I know every grow is different!
