Stains Hi there ı changed reservoir water and add -Flora Duo 6ml/10lt -Voodoo Juice 4ml/10lt -Diamond Black 1ml/10lt -Orca 1.5ml/10lt Ppm is around 250 is it fine ?

Yellow and brown stains I have yellow and brown stains on leaves and check roots too.Like ı said ı didn't manage ph and temperature in first week water always around 25-28c ı don't get it is it ph problem- root rot - any defiences or leaf septoria?If you know anything about it please let me know thanks
