small hobby growers don't need water chillers. You need to stop using diamond black in your hydroponics.. it's an organic compound and organics and hydroponics tend not to mesh very well.

Root aphids in flowering?What I initially thought was a nutrient issue I am now convinced is a root aphid issue. White mold?My smart pot is turning white at the bottom. There also appears to be roots trying to pop through. I put rocks between the pot and plate for air. I have one blade of grass and a tiny weed popping up, so conditions at the top of the pot are okay. Should be worried?
