there is a root rot symptom ? ı checked forums and it seems like root rot to me and ı'm little scared :> please check week 2 photos thanks for answers by the way

Could just be a Cal/Mag problem with brown roots. I have grown plants in hydro that have not required calm/mag and there has been others that yellow up quite quickly without. But another sign of brown roots other than root rot is calmag.
If it is root rot then good chance it has occurred due to your tempature problems. I choose to grow with Coco rather than dwc because i would struggle with my water temps.

Brownish red algae like substance in DWC within 48 hrs- plants look great thoI’ve done DWC several times, not a newbie. Getting pH spikes from 6.0 to just under 7.0 in 48 hrs, and an algae like dark brown/reddish substance within 48hrs as well. New stones, black buckets, 950 GPH pump feeding 1 stone per bucket. Net pots covered with cardboard. What gives?

discoloration in roots - should i worrythey seemed to be really white at the beginning of the week when i first looked at them. they seem to have show signs of off-coloring now.
should i be worried and taking counter or investigative action at this stage.
the plants look healthy though. i am using hpa.

Root rot in (re-used) coco?Medium: coco/perlite (65/35), 25L AirRap pots. Re-used from last grow after 2 months drying followed by rinsing all the cocodust away. There was still rootmaterial from last growth in there. Plants are droopy all the time, stunted grow, but no rotten egg smell. Is this root rot?

Hey Guys, So I've been putting house and gardens amino treatment and root accelerator gold into my res and now I'm paranoid I have root rot. res is hella cold at 63 usually and they don't seem to be slimy aside from the gunk on them that I think is those additives. Is it normal?3 years ago

Is this root rot, could it be an excess of nutrients? How can I fix this from happening.I have some root issues, I recently upped the PPM in my tank, and since then my roots have started going very brown. PPM was at 900 when this issue appeared, so i reduced and is around 690 Ph is 5.8, - OUTDOOR DWC
