Ppm is around 250 is it fine ?

Is this light burn?Is this light burn? If not what is it?
It's under a Phillips 13w household led 2700k bulb, it's not the only affected area but it's the most affected and the closest to the bulb.
I plan to add more but don't want the issue to accelerate.

Nutes used on day 12: 1/2 of a crushed fert stick (13-4-5) diluted into ph neutral water.

Seedling leaves droopedHi, its my first grow and built DWC. Leaves are drooped and don't know the cause. pH 5.5-6.2 its raising frequently in a day and Im using ph down. Brown tips and edges, but not on all plants.2 out of 3 Kratky plants are showing some crispy brown at the tips and edges.
Would I be seeing nute burn at 550-750 ppm? Why only 2 plants? Why only the Kratky but not the DWC? (Same strain.)
(I am actually using GH FloraDuo A and B)

Light or nutrient burn?Ive been having yellow tips on the tops of both my plants for some time now, I already raised the light up a bit higher than the maximum height the manufacturer recommends, but Im still having the yellow tops. Could this be nutrient instead of light burn?

Is this heat light burn? HPS 600w at 20cmIs this light heat burn?? These are all buds at the top of the canopy and they are the ones nearer to the lights. I have 2x600w HPS, one with a cooltube and the other just with the wing. The possibly burnt buds are the ones under the wing (just 20 cm).
