Light damaged colas, possible hermie or seeding?I underestimated how tall my autos would get in my tent and some colas ended up getting less than an inch from my lights. Most colas were fine but 2 seem to have mutated in some way. Calyxs grew way more leaves and pistils per each individual calyx. Is this a major problem?

HST at week 2.5 in flower?I’m roughly in between weeks 2-3 of flowering and was wondering if I can still high stress train at this point? Some of the tallest branches are within 6 inches of the light and I expect them to gain a few more inches even. Light is also at max height.Week 7

Lighting questionI am running the Viparspectra 450w LED as my light for 4 autos in a 2x4 space. I am worried this isn’t enough, especially because of its lower levels of red.
