Roots out of potSo I'growing her in 5 Gallon pot and she looks a little sad. I thought I've overwatered but found out that the roots are coming out of the pot from the bottom. Will this be an issue? How do I help this?

Muddy soilHey everyone. My soil ... It just isn't drying out . How can I help it? The plant is basically stunned into its third week and not 5 cm even. Soil is all muddy after 5 cm . Can I mix perlite? It's in direct sunlight for like 15 hours a day.
